Shaving 🤦🏾‍♂️

Hello, gals I am confused I did my first clean shave with a male razor my friend said those are the best to do it with I used slots of shaving cream and I applied oil after wards but after the 2nd day when it started growing back it hurts not a painful hurt but when you touch it hurt I think it’s because of the hair growing back I have two questions. How do I get rid of this pain ?? What do I do for it not to feel like this when it grows back?? and how do I stop it from growing back so fast ???
