Masturbation spotting versus implantation bleeding??

Hi so I am now 7dpo and last night I masturbated for a bit clitoral stimulation only and then I had some spotting that was brown and rusty colored. I had some twinges of pain earlier throughout the day and i have been trying for a baby this month so I'm not sure if it's just my body being weird or if it's implantation bleeding. The entire day i had sore boobs and really bad nausea which started since 2 dpo along with dizziness, nightsweats, and headaches. What is the chance of me being pregnant? I believe my o day was the 12th but it never showed a peak only high for 3 straight days in a row and then low.
