Pregnancy symptoms suddenly gone??? (Almost 8 weeks)

I’ve had SEVERE morning sickness and breast soreness for the last 1.5 - 2 weeks. But since last night my symptoms have suddenly disappeared! I had an early ultrasound at 6 weeks, saw the baby and the heartbeat.     
Has anyone else been through similar and continued without a miscarriage? Wondering if I should call my Dr. today... 😢

Try your hardest to enjoy or be productive in the moments you feel well. Symptoms come and go and aren’t a sign of a healthy pregnancy. My sister miscarried and had symptoms for weeks after. They really don’t mean much.

Mine was off & on until 8 weeks then boom!! It hasn’t left yet! And I’ll be 10 weeks tomorrow 😑

My symptoms have come and gone since I found out. I found out at 6 weeks and I’m currently 15 weeks.
