Ttc 4 dpo and got put on antibiotics

So I’m freaking out. Not only do I have pcos and hard as hell to ovulate. I finally got my positive ovulation and on schedule. I got a tick bite on my neck and it’s spreading so my doctor put me in 10 days of antibiotics 😟 I’m so scared what are the chances this will terminate my baby I’m ttc. Has anyone gone on antibiotics ttc and got pregnant still no problems. I’m so nausea’s 2nd day on meds and confused if meds or baby growing? I know 4 dpo is early but this means the world to me
