Should I take Prenatal vitamins while trying to conceive? I heard mixed things about it but I have no clue what to take or if I should ?:) send help!😂

Taking prenatal vitamins before getting pregnant helps with a diet that is lacking different vitamins , it supports early development of a embryo, and lowers the chance of birth defects. Try Nature Made prenatal with DHA. I started taking prenatal around 3 months before actually trying to conceive and I got pregnant the first time we tried . Its better to be on the safer side and spend a few extra dollars!
