no period, negative tests

I’ve had two tests one at home, one at the ER. Both negative. Stopped my BC pills bc they jack up my whole body, but kicker here is I stopped them mid pack, yes I know I’m a dumbass but i was like I don’t wanna wait two weeks to feel better. So on top of all the when we have sex now my boyfriend cannot get off, that’s a whole other story. Anyways, the only thing that could have gotten my pregnant would be pre cum but isn’t that very unlikely?? I mean glow doesn’t even have a log button for “had sex, but no male ejaculation” so is it even a thing. I know it is but I am panicking.
