Breast engorgement
My milk came in today (3 days pp) and I am breastfeeding. However, as soon as the milk came in my breasts immediately became engorged and it is terrible! It’s so hard to get comfortable in bed like this and it’s also making breastfeeding more difficult. Any advice? A hot shower helped a little but it didn’t help enough.
