Burning in vagina

Inside of my vagina looks a little bit redder than usual and feels slightly burned in there.

It’s pretty mild but twice today I had random occurrences of burning and when I looked it was red like I said.

Can’t be an STD bc I’m in a committed relationship (also lost our virginity to each other) and bc of quarantine I haven’t even seen him or had sex in months anyways.

Not sure what it is.
