Hard time eating enough
I’m 7w4d and I’ve been feeling super nauseous, and it typically lasts all day. I have some foods that are “safe” and won’t make me too sick, but sometimes the thought of eating at all makes me gag.
I’m tracking my calories to make sure I’m getting in what I need, but I’ve had a pretty severe aversion to meat in the last few weeks and I’m finding it hard to get my protein in.
