Does anybody else have something like this?

So I noticed this red spot on my chest in the winter. I thought it was flat but when I took a picture I noticed it was raised in the center. I cannot see a doctor unless its urgent, and I'm not trying to get internet advice but I am a little worried. It's not itchy and I don't think its ever changed. It did appear out of nowhere though. Its super small (probably a little bigger than the tip of a ball point pen). If anybody has a similar mark please let me know! Thank you :)
