HELP!!! Colored discharge at 7 weeks!!!!

I’m 6 weeks and 6 days and have noticed this. I went to the bathroom and my panties had some wetness so I did a cervix check and had this. I’ve had a sonogram the other day, baby had implanted into the uterus and saw a heartbeat of 124. I’ve had two chemical miscarriages since January 2019, this being our first sticky bean. I’m already freaking out. I did have some cramping yesterday in my lower back, but not much to pay attention to.
