Anxiety and suppressed appetite?
This past week, I’ve been dealing with end of year school and senior stuff. Tuesday was “graduation,” Wednesday was an AP test, I had to give a speech today, next Tuesday is another AP test, and next Thursday is a parade. Oh, and I’ve been talking to this guy and he gives me butterflies.
Anyway, I haven’t had an appetite—at all. I don’t think I’ve had a REAL meal in about a week. I can go until about 7-8 until I take my first bite. I’ve been eating mostly salad and fruit. I guess I am concerned because anyone who knows me know that I love food. And, my clothes are starting to get too big. If my mom finds out about this rapid weight loss, I’m going to get in trouble because I once had an eating disorder.. I’m not too big, about 5’6 and 130 lbs...
Is there anything I can do to get my appetite back? Or, manage my anxiety during this time better?
