Hey could someone help a girl out?

So I came across this video the other day and some guys said that girls should shave above their lip if they have peach fuzz, especially when making out. Now I’m not in a relationship and I don’t plan on hooking up with anyone but now I’m really self conscious about it and I feel like everyone can see it.

I talked to my mom about it and she said not to shave because it’ll only grow back darker, but I can’t stand it. I’m too young to get lazer removal. Plus I’m pretty pale so it’s not like I’m italian and have really dark hair, I’m just afraid it’s noticeable. WHAT DO I DO
