Can sleeping in a hot room effect bbt?
Hello loves! Yesterday by bbt was 97.66
And today it was 98.15 I am on the last day of my period today. Are air conditioning isn’t working in my room so it’s been a bit out in there at night plus I sleep with a fluffy comforter not too heavy but not light. Because it was also hot I didn’t sleep great. I toasted and turned a lot. Can that effect bbt? Can room temp effect bbt? Could that by why it’s so high?
