Should I go with original time or after 3 hours solid sleep?

I had a restless night last night so wondering about my temperatures. My alarm went off at the normal time but I was already awake and had been tossing and turning. I took my temperature as normal and went back to sleep.

I then slept for 3 hours solidly and when I woke took my temperature again. I didn't get up or do anything between waking.

Which temperature should i go with please?
