Overreacting or I'm fine

Only had two sex partners the last time I got tested was 6 or 7 months ago and everything came back negative. Had sex with one of my friends we used a condom but he did go down on me, the last time he had sex which was also with a condom which was 10 months before we did anything I was having abdominal pain, lower back pain,and freaking urination. I went to Dr and she said there was a little bit of blood in my urine and urine was cloudy she told me I had a uti which I assume it was cause I looked up the symptoms. She also swab me down there and only told me she only saw clear discharge but she said she's going to send it off to make sure it's not an sti. I'm scared, because I'll be pissed because me and this guy has been friends since 2016 and decided to take it to the next level and of course I know shouldn't belive it but he assured me that my results will come out negative. Am I freaking out for no reason I should get my results back either Thursday or Friday
