Kindergarden fees

I just found out the area I moved in to has 3 Kindergardens- 1 is literally 5 minutes away - but all are Catholic ones. Which require ridiculous amount of monthly fee.

The ones across the bridge (another town) are from the city and no costs.

-One of the reasons why we pay taxes for. I'm so annoyed by this. I removed myself from the church also because my monthly paycheck kept deducting church taxes.

My fiance is going to pick the Catholic one since it's closer and that's where he went to as a child. I'm really against putting my LO in church/religious related places. The one across would take about 20min drive.

What would you pick?
