Uti and brown spotting

I'm about 6 weeks and have had brown spotting on and off with light cramps for about 4 days now.

I'm heartbroken as I think this may be the start of me losing this pregnancy or I don't know if I have a uti because I constantly have been feeling irritation near my cervix area and when I wipe it feels like pressure and somethings causing it to be hurting? But then again I also have mild cramps on and off

Did anyone experience this and still have a successful pregnancy? My doctor is waiting for my ultrasound tomorrow to see if he needs to rule out a miscarriage or etopic
