So anxious

Hi guys so im 18 and I’m 4 weeks and 6days pregnant with my first Buba and I’m just so worried that’s I’m not pregnant I know that sounds so silly like I don’t feel my self and have been having most of the common early pregnancy symptoms I’ve got a scan booked for the 14th June I’m just so worried but I keep telling myself I would have started my period again or had obvious signs I wasn’t pregnant just want to know if anyone else is in the same boat
