Still no period

I don’t know whether or not to be worried or pissed off lol. I’m on Norethindrone (mini pill) and had sex one week before my period. I’m 2 days late but have been having cramps all day. I have very little to no discharge and my skin is breaking out. I know that progestin only pills are know to cause irregular bleeding patterns but it isn’t very helpful. I don’t want to stress myself thinking I’m pregnant when it’s just the birth control. I’m planning on seeing a new doctor and possibly getting on the combined pill. Anyways the chances of me being pregnant are extremely slim because he pulled out plus the birth control. I take it very strictly as I’m trying to PREVENT pregnancy. It was my first time so it would really suck if the birth control failed. I’m sorry if you’ve seen a few of my last posts about this but your responses are the only things keeping me sane. I’m not trying to get pregnant right now.
