Im attracted to somebody that i probably shouldnt be!

Hey! I am a 21 year old college student that works at Walmart during the summer! I will be graduating in a year and don't know where life is going to take me.

I have been flirting with one of my co-workers and I'm starting to like him, he comes with some baggage though. He is 11 years older than me. He has struggled with drug/alcohol addiction for a long time but he has been clean for a few months. His addiction has caused him to be dishonorably discharged from the military which makes it harder for him to obtain jobs that he may want in the future.

He is an extremely nice and supportive person and deserves all of the happiness in the world. I don't judge him for his past at all but I'm not sure if I should pursue a relationship or just keep it as a summer fling. Any advice? Tell me your story!
