6 weeks spotting...

Please tell me people out there has a good outcome.... I'm 6 weeks pregnant, and I wiped after using the restroom, and there was light redish tint on the tp. I had 2 early miscarriages before I had my son, and I'm terrified that its happening again.... anyone had a successful pregnancy after this? (I go to the Dr on Thursday for an ultrasound where we were hoping to find the heartbeat). My HCG a week ago was 1530 and my progesterone (which has been known to be low) was at 9.77, Dr likes to see at least a 10.
