Is not wearing Bra ok?

During the lockdown, almost 2 months now, I haven't worn a bra, but recently I've been wondering....would it make my boobies depressed? #concerned

Wearing a bra actually makes them sag more as opposed to not wearing one because it restricts them. I’m a D cup and do not wear a bra at home because once the bra comes off they are super sore since they’ve been up all day.

For me, not wearing my bra makes my boobs sore at the end of the day. But I’m a 34 DD so that’s probably why. Gravity will cause your breasts to sag no matter what, and not wearing a bra could speed up that process, but I don’t know if studies have been done on it.

Meaning like sag more?? I'm not sure but larger breasts could use the extra support for certain avtivities i guess.  I'm a D cup tho and prefer no bra most of the time

I dont know about all these other women saying no bras are good, But I'm the only female in my family with nice perky boobs, and thats because I wear good bras, during and after pregnancy too.  I'd post a picture... but I'm not lol!!!  Eveyone one is jealous!!!

I’ve not worn a proper bra for over 2 years now because I suffer with chronic acid reflux and constant heartburn and indigestion makes my stomach/chest area burn so bad. Any additional pressure was making it unbearable. So I only ever wear a soft bra on occasion (when I have to go to the office/go out to more of a public place etc.). But at home, daily walks, even shops and stuff like that no bra for me at all. Don’t think the appearance of my breasts have changed much to be honest but I am on the smaller side anyway so there’s not that much to sag.
