Is there a possibility of pregnancy?

So me and my S/O had unprotected intercourse and he did not pull out on 5/24. I also thought my period was over which started on 5/18 and was glad as my period was shorter than normal... but after sex I started bleeding again.. I stopped after two days and due to irregular cycle I ovulate about 2 to 3 days after the last day of my cycle. Therefore I would be ovulating tomorrow based on the app... although I believe I am ovulating today based on my heavy clear watery cm. So I am ovulating 4-5 days after unprotected sex can I be pregnant?
