Not sure if my water is breaking

I'm 36+5 and since 8:30 this morning I've been gushing clear fluid with at first really stringy CM (could of been my plug) I kept gushing eventually wetting my panties and pants I had on with a wet spot about the size of a nerf football, i didnt think anything of it definitely not pee as I've already tested that with a panty liner I had to change my pants and undies went to the closest store and got panty liners while I was in the store walking I was continuously gushing and I had a little pressure between my right hip and pelvic area while walking I'm taking it easy for now and trying not to walk because that's when I leak/gush the most my scheduled c-section isn't until the 11th. I never experienced this with my first born since my water never broke. My stomach does not hurt and I'm not having contractions
