Overreacting ? Boundaries

So we’re moving into our first house next week and my fiancé’s parents are driving from another state to come help us move. I appreciate their help and it’s nice for them to do that for us but am I being selfish or rude if I don’t want them to stay at our house right when we move in? We have two kids, we don’t have an extra room for them and everything will be in boxes. Our first night in the house I honestly don’t want his parents there, I want it to be our time and our night. Plus with this virus going around and them traveling 8 hours to get here I don’t want them staying with us. It’s just annoying when my S.O just agrees with whatever makes them happy, he never tells them no. What boundaries are ok to have? Am I wrong for not wanting them staying at the house while we’re moving in??
