Jaundice and breast milk

Hey mamas. Has anyone temporarily stopped breastfeeding due to their baby having high jaundice levels? My baby girl has a high jaundice level. They did light therapy before we were discharged and we went back to the hospital for 2 days to have her tested. When we got discharged, her levels were at 8. When we went back the next day, it went up to a 12 and then stayed a 12 the next day. The pediatrician told me that sometimes breast milk makes jaundice stay longer. So right now I’m pumping and saving my milk until she’s cleared. I’m so afraid of her jaundice getting worse 😔
