Should I be worried about him cheating?

Yesterday his family and I were all involved in an altercation. We're both heavily stressed, because his mom stays on the same property. I woke up this morning at around 4:15, and he was gone. I text him to ask where he was, and he said to get gas (we are temporarily staying in our camper and run off of a generator at night when solar runs out). The closest open gas station takes about 20 minutes to get there and back round trip. He finally pulled up a little after 5 am. And sat in the car for about 10 minutes after pulling up. We also work on cars to sell after being furloughed from our regular job and drove off In one of the cars weve been working on and didn't offer me to ride with and had been gone almost 45 minutes. I called to see if he was okay, or broke down, pulled over, whatever. He said he was just riding the backroads. Should I be concerned?
