How does anyone exclusively pump and bottle feed stay sane?? I HATE it. I’m ready to give up and just formula feed and I really don’t want to do that.

I did for a long time. 
It was really weighing on me and I noticed ppd and ppa was getting worse so I switched to formula and used what I had in my freezer stash.
You have to do what is best for you😊

Oh how I’ve been here!!! Couldn’t breastfeed due to a deformity in baby’s palette so was told to pump and bottle feed! This was the most exhausting and demoralising thing I’ve ever done! I switched to formula after a month due to other reasons but a part of me was so relieved!!! now I wish I could breastfeed again 😩 wonder if we will ever be kind to ourselves and stop questioning if we are doing the right thing! 
What is the reason for not breastfeeding? If I could do it all over again I would exhaust every other option before pumping! (Nipple shields, extra help from experts, different positions etc.)

I did for the first 2ish months while we practiced latching. It was really exhausting being hooked up all the time. I was so relieved when he figured out how to latch and I didn’t have to cart the stupid pump around all the time.
I was able to do it because I was able to produce milk and it was more important to me that my child have breast milk than my dislike of pumping. It probably helped that we were practicing his latch too, so there was an end goal. I don’t know if I could have gone 6 months if nursing hadn’t worked out. We are too busy to be stuck to a pump like that.
