Can't orgasm and have never gotten wet.

I'm a 21yo Female and Ive really had an orgasm and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what's up.

I have a few toys that I use to stimulate my clitoris and there's always a feeling of "building up" but I just end up peeing instead of orgasming.

And also, I've never really gotten wet. Idk what's up with that! I do feel horny sometimes though.

I'd appreciate any reply as to what I could do better!
