Is pregnancy possible?

Can you have a period every month and have no baby bump or breast changes and be 5 months pregnant??

I’ve been so confused on this app lately! I have seen so many questions on if you can be pregnant and have a period which I know is impossible as it’s ur literally egg shedding each month

But question is how do you know the monthly bleeding is a period and not another type of pregnancy bleeding???

Is there people who bleed like a period at the same time of month with the same flow but it’s Not a period ??

Just need some help clarifying things cuz I’m getting paranoid!😂
