36w5d possible labor?

FTM. I’ve been having stomach ache almost like I need to poop, all day long (and I don’t need to poop, I’m able to poop just fine). It’s radiating between my back and stomach. And I don’t feel baby move during the pain. My stomach is tender to the touch especially if I lay down. I haven’t started timing them because I’m not sure if this is early labor contractions or something else? Any advice? Should I call L&D? My next appointment isn’t until 38 weeks.
