Who is in the wrong?

Feel free to look up the articles, but a truck driver in Tulsa ran over protestors after protestors began tear-gassing the vehicle, vandalizing, and attempting to harm the horses in the trailer (children were in the cab as well). I cant be sure of all details because I was not there, but do you think the truck driver is going to face criminal charges after this??

That man was minding his business and he was attacked. He felt his life and the lives of who he protects was in danger. At that point it was self defense. I bet he wont face any charges.

I'd do the exact same thing. Apparently the protestors let a vehicle go through and the truck thought he could go too. He was going slowly behind the other vehicle when they began attacking him because they werent "allowing" him to pass as well. They tried releasing his horses and began trying to smash his windows. Anybody who got in the way is 10000% responsible for their injuries. Dont fuck with someone's truck, kids, or livestock. That shit will get you shot where I'm from. Rightfully so

All the horses died... 300K worth of animals. I live in the same town as the truck driver.

I think he'll probably have charges laid against him but they might be dropped or suspended or whatever based on the circumstances.
