15 month tantrums?

My 15 month old started tantrums this week. Stomping in place, screaming, throwing. Won't sit in her high chair longer than two minutes. Anyone else? What's your kiddo doing? Any reading material suggestions?

I have a biter. He gets mad and bites whatever is closest to him. If i take his hand to lead him out of a room he cant be in he gets mad and will try to bite my hand. He also started throwing his head arms and shoulders back like dead weight limp style when i go to pick him up to- again- move him from somewhere he shouldnt be... 
These dont usually last long but they are super dramatic. 
No tips just following..

Omg my daughter is losing her mind. She just starts screaming and crying for seemingly no reason. I stand up to walk across the room and she SCREAMS... shes finished eating... SCREAMS... its trying my last nerve. It's so frustrating bc I have no idea what she wants and she cant tell me... send all the help

Following... I try to stay calm I've got that down (mostly) just not always sure when to say no/stop/that's not yours or when to ignore...

She is doing the stomping, yelling and shaking her head all the same time. Like my first I calmly watch till shes done then assure her it's fine. If it lasts more than few seconds then i ignore her.

Omg yes, any advice from moms who have older children?? He yells at me when I don’t allow him something, he gets soooo angry I can’t belive it🤯he even hit me twice. I am staying calm, saying “no” and being there if he needs a hug and cuddles but it is getting worse by day! And I really don’t know how to handle this?
