Please help

Have anyone experienced what I’m experiencing Ive been really itchy down there and now I’ve noticed that my discharge is white and I have these bumps and I see little black dots does anyone know what it could be I made a phone appointment a doctor today but I’m so scared on what it should be I’ve also been expirencing pain and soreness in the middle of the night idk what to think
