I was 3cm for 2 weeks then at my 39 week check I was 5cm and contracting so my ob sent me to the hospital and I had my second like 5 hours later.

I never made it past 1cm until I went into labor at work, sat down for an hr breathing and timing contractions(work in a hospital)by the time I went to get checked out I was 7 cm!

I was 4 cm for almost three weeks so I’d say at least 3 cm for about 5 weeks or so. It’s not really a predictor of labor.
