call the city?

My neighbor has three dogs. She also has a fence in the back. For whatever reason she she lets her dogs out in the front and her dogs roam in everyone’s yard and it has pooped in my yard 4x! Her dog has also ran in our garage twice.

My husband is pissed and I’m annoyed. He went over and kindly introduced hisself and said he noticed the poop and could she pick it up. She apologized and got most of it but now all 🙄.

After that her dogs are still in my yard and I see them in neighbors yards as well. Today the dog ran in our garage. I don’t want shit in my yard or her dogs, I have a toddler and I’d like him to be able to freely play in our damn yard.

We have a strict leash law where I live so this is against city ordinance. I’m not sure if she is aware but I feel like it’s ridiculous to have to ask an adult to get her dogs for a third time.
