Pregnant while on the pill?

Moms who got pregnant while on the pill, what made you think you were pregnant?
I’ve been on the pill for a year now and never had any problems. The pill I’m on is supposed to stop my periods so I haven’t had one since before I got pregnant with my daughter. I am still nursing. This last week or so I’ve been getting sick over the smallest things, cramping like I’m about to start my period, and peeing every time I turn around. I’ve not had any cramps or nausea the whole time I’ve been on the pill. I don’t know if I should test or if it’s just in my head.

Both times I didn’t know until the doctor asked me to do a test. First time I was bleeding heavily, went to my Gp and she made me do a urine test which was positive. She asked me to go to the hospital for more tests and scans but I refused. It’s on my notes as a miscarriage. Second time I thought my endometriosis was playing up (was diagnosed after the first time) cause I was having weird pains and symptoms. They did a test, confirmed pregnancy, ended up being a missed miscarriage so had to have a d&c. 
I also managed to get pregnant on the implant. Only sign was sickness and spotting. Went to the doctor thinking the implant was messing up or something. We did a test it was positive. Went for a scan the next week they confirmed an empty sack. A little while later I started bleeding. 
Now I’m not on contraception I cannot for the life of me get pregnant. Seems like it’s only possible when I’m on the pill or implant which is confusing as hell.
