Hey sweet mamas! First time mama here, and I need help 😭 Our baby girl is 7 weeks old, and she will not sleep unless my husband or I are holding her. While we would love to spend all of our time holding our sweet girl, we also need sleep. We take shifts during the night holding her while the other sleeps, and I usually hold her for her naps during the day. If we put her down, she just cries and cries. Naps aren’t a problem, but my husband goes back to work soon and we really need to be able to lay her in her bassinet to sleep. I’ve tried swaddling her, but putting her down wakes her up, and then she gets mad when she can’t wiggle her arms out. My mom suggested letting her sleep in her swing, but I’m terrified of doing that. Im having serious postpartum anxiety about SIDS.

What do I do?!
