When did your baby start to crawl?

My son is 7 months old and hasn’t started to crawl yet. He can scoot himself in a circle on his play mat and rolls himself over all the time. I know it’s different for every baby but I’m just curious about when other babies started to crawl.

My first he never crawled forward only backwards for some reason but then he started pulling himself up and started walking that way. He was about 6-7 months. My other two never crawled they just went straight to walking

My daughter started at 8/12 months but it was range from 6-10months of age. Don’t worry you still have a few months.

My little guy would use his arms and just kind of drag his legs behind him on the hardwood floors. He started that around 6 or 7 months but started using his legs and crawling the “correct way” at 8 months.
