Pup vomiting?

My 7 month old pup has been vomiting every few days. Like every 3-4 days she will throw up. Last night she threw up her dinner in the middle of the night. Her stools look very normal and are firm. Never runny, never abnormal color. Aside from the vomiting, she’s very active and playful. She drinks plenty of water, and she’s currently eating Purina Dog Chow beef, and I occasionally give her some cooked chicken and rice. The closest open vet is over 2 hours away. I’m not sure what could be causing this. She does eat a lot of bugs and grass, we live in the country so and there’s plenty of bugs around here and of course she has to eat them all...
