Do you still have a nap even though you're worried your newborn may vomit?

One of our newborns always vomits between feeds. Sometimes only a tiny bit and sometimes a normal size vomit. We burp him and have him up for half an hour to an hour before we put him down to sleep but he still ends up splattering some milk or vomiting.

My daughter had acid reflux really bad as a baby. There’s a medication that may help. It also helped her if I put a blanket or a wedge under the crib sheet, so she was sitting up a little bit while sleeping. It helped keep her from throwing up so bad!

Napping would just like regular night time sleeping, isn’t it?  You can turn their heads to the side once you lay them down. A majority of babies from my understanding do start turning their heads when they vomit. Do they have acid reflux or been tested for a milk allergy or overeating? Is it a constant thing or just sometimes. There’s a difference between vomit and spit up.
