Formula Change?

My baby has been on Enfamil Gentlease for 2 weeks now. We switched from enfmail yellow because of gassiness and fussiness after feedings. I haven’t noticed any change yet, in factact her poops are now runny and a army green color. Our pediatrican doesn’t seem worried about it unless there was blood. I’m wondering if I should switch to a different formula, her fussiness and gassiness has increased recently since she started having these weird color and runnier poops. SOS!
