Teething? Allergy? Eczema?

Okay mommas. I need help. I’m not sure if my daughter maybe has this rash because she’s cutting three teeth right now (but it seems like she’s had the rash longer than she’s been cutting teeth) or maybe a milk allergy because about two weeks ago I started slowly giving her cows milk, which I now stopped because I’m not sure. But I’ve been giving her yogurt every now and then as a snack for about two months because she absolutely loves it. But I don’t know, maybe it’s eczema. It doesn’t always look wet or moisturized like this, it usually looks dry and flakey, but I just put creams on it before bed. It seems to be worse on the right side of her face, and even her right ear is all raw and scabbed over. Should I bring her to the doctor sooner rather than wait until her one year checkup (July 6th)?

These are the things I use everyday, usually the aquaphor at night and the aveeno during the day as needed. I put the prescription on the really bad spots on side her mouth and ear. (She was prescribed this for a rash she had as a tiny baby) They don’t seem to be helping much though. Any ideas??
