Baby screams out in sleep

Has anyone experienced this? My little one is just about 4 months old. For about a month she screams out in her sleep, the doc said night terrors don’t start this early. But if it gets worse we’ll do testing. Actually has gotten better but this morning was awful. Crying and screaming while asleep. I picked her up and she was out cold and wouldn’t wake up. Took 10 minutes then finally was up and screaming while awake. Any advice? Anyone experience this? Idk what it is and makes me a wreck.
