Don’t know if some of you remember me posting my baby...

I haven’t been posting in this app

Recently left my emotionally, physically, & sexually abusive ex who is also the father of my baby girl on may 7th.

This is my Síla malani...

this was the last day I got to be with her which was May 29th last Friday. I got served with an emergency custody order my ex filed I had to hand her over other wise I would be arrested and charged with a felony. My heart dropped since

I haven’t eaten hardly slept and I’m just worried about my baby.

He did it out of spite because I left him. I tried coparenting when I left but we just couldnt.

He lied his ass off to get the custody order signed by a judge. I understand if a judge sees all those allegations they’re gonna believe them for the safety of a child.

But I wasn’t endangering my baby

I left to my grandmothers got a crib from a local mommy group

Organized all her items toys,bath toys, bath soaps, lotions, etc.. just incase because he also threatened to call cps on me prior.

Instead he did this

I haven’t seen or kissed or held or rocked my baby girl to sleep in a week....I’ve been so heartbroken and overwhelmed with looking for a resonable priced attorney that would take my case on such short notice...with gods will he gave me one

One that not only is reasonably priced but one that has dealt with similar abuse.

One that ALSO knows my ex’s attorney and is not a fan of her at all.

I have full confidence my attorney will help get my baby back to me

I just miss my girl so so much. No mom especially a first time one should have to go through this and I hope and pray no one has to and if you are or have went through this god bless you.
