Help please

Ok so out of no where I got these tiny tiny bumps on the bottom lip. It doesn’t bother me until I put Vaseline on it and rub my lips together and it feels hard. Idk what it could be. I had this once before like a few years ago but it went away but I’m just wondering if anybody had the same thing ?? Itsnothing sexual or anything because me and my bf are clean but is it the baseline I use or what
