Has anyone gotten a late period and negative tests and still ended up being pregnant?

So I'm 43!!! Days late on my period. This is the latest I've ever been in my life. Yet I still have negative tests. I'm gonna wait a few more weeks but I doubt it's comin anytime soon or if it even comes at all.

Happened to me once because my HCG levels was really high so the stick kept coming up negative but a blood test showed high levels of HCG which led to a pregnancy confirmation.

Occasionally I’ve had irregular periods and missed two straight cycles and wasn’t pregnant
