Has anyone gotten their neck tatted?? Wanting ideas and pain level this is me now

I want a full neck tattoo I usually draw my tats out but idk why I cant come up with anything... or can you guess find another tat idea anywhere on my body? I'm open to anything! I'm definitely getting a smiley face on my blog toe😂😂
