eBay is trash !!!

I ordered $89 worth of items off eBay on May 20th I only received one of those items every time I put in the order numbers to track my other things nothing shows up :(

I contacted eBay online to ask them for help and they were super rude to me they didn’t help me at all the lady I talked to kept asking me for the order number I gave her them then she asked for the ID number I gave her it then she asked for the usernames of the sellers I gave her them they she asked for the order numbers again I gave her it then she said “when ur ready to send me correct info Contact us again and she ended the eBay chat “ is there anyway I can get my $$ back I haven’t received any updates on the items and I can’t track them any suggestions on what I can do ? Also when I go on my eBay account to see my purchases the items are not there !!! But I received a confirmation email when I ordered them
